I'm a certified yoga teacher specialising in Vinyasa, Ayurveda, and Inside Flow.
I discovered yoga during a difficult period in my life when everything felt helpless and overwhelming. Driven by curiosity and a desire to transform my internal and external landscape, I committed to showing up for myself consistently. Over time, yoga has brought immense benefits into my life, including self-acceptance, emotional awareness, and the ability to navigate everyday challenges with grace and ease.
Through my classes, I aim to inspire others by sharing how conscious breathing, mindful movement, gratitude and compassion can enhance their lives. I believe that yoga is not just a physical practice but a journey towards self-discovery and inner peace. My goal is to create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, regardless of their experience level. Together, we can explore the impact of yoga on the body, mind, and spirit, and cultivate a deeper connection to ourselves and the world around us.
